[mythtv] MythWeb : Weather Settings

Possible problem here - when I go to the settings for Weather in mythweb 
(http://localhost/mythweb/settings/weather) it downloads *all* the city 
codes (approx 38,000) as options in a select list, resulting in a 1.8MB 
web pages. This takes some time on my remote link from work :)

Also it appears to break Opera's select box - it lists them starting 
from W and the A - B range appears to be missing altogether. Displays ok 
in IE, haven't tried Mozilla yet.
