[mythtv] Compiz Accellerated XV output?

As I'm sure many of you will be happily smirking to yourselves, I've
recently just discovered that opengl output does indeed actually work
for me pretty well under compiz.... :$.

There are some annoying flickers with my avant window navigator system
monitor but I think I can live with disabling that.

I think the subject still stands but for me it's no longer very important.

(Yes, FWIW, I've recently got my Myth setup working again after a *long*
period of brokenness/housemoving/lazyness)
