I have added links to the original post by Andrei, and to the primary Trac
ticket, and a few other tidbits.  Due to this being in a state of flux right
now, I've also made it very clear that the wiki build notes is NOT going to
"just work", as it's not just a matter of applying specific patches... it's
a moving target right now.   hopefully it'll all settle into SVN over the
next little while, and no custom patches will be needed for the long-term.

I don't know, that's as far as I've gotten so far too, but I've also added
notes regarding this (and other dependancies too).   Please revise the wiki
page as soon as you have a workable process that others can easily follow.

the only thing wrong right now is the expectation that it will work.

Andrei, it's be really appreciated if you can help out with some tips on how
you source/build the dependancies? etc etc.  eg - do you have a build
script?
