[mythtv] MePo-weide 0.3.8 released

Not sure if this is related, but I tried out the 0.3.9 version on a
1920x1200 resolution, and the OSD is completely off-screen. I copied the
osd.xml and osd directory from the 0.3.8 version into the 0.3.9 them
directory and it works correctly.
At any rate, totally awesome theme, keep up the outstanding work!!
This theme really helped with the WAF :-).
