Thanks Nigel, Unfortunately I still seem to end up at the "Choose your 
language" screen now. I had some trouble with the patch, so it could be 
a local problem.

 Is there anyway to turn off the uPnP discover completely ? I have a 
static network, with a single sleeping backend, and this new feature is 
just a pain for me. [ I am sure others find it extremely usefull :-) ] 
the switch --disable-autodiscovery doesnt do this if I understood you 
properly.
