[mythtv] mythtv-vid branch needs testing

I've attached another revised locking patch that seems to additionally
fix the crashes seen by Doug. This adds X11 locking around all
framebuffer object creation, deletion, binding etc.

Tested on an old p4, nvidia6200 agp 4x, FC7, 100.14.11 nvidia drivers.

Any and all feedback much appreciated.
