The potential to combine UI themes, OSD themes and Menu themes in a single 
folder exists. It will be up to theme developers if they want to provide 
a 'complete' theme package or distribute each part separately. I'd personally 
prefer the combined pack myself but it probably wouldn't suit everyone.

Users will always be given the choice of picking a different OSD and Menu 
theme to their current UI theme. 

I plan to make it easier/clearer to select the matching OSD theme for the 
current UI theme. I'm just not sure how I'll do that yet.
