[mythtv] mythtv-vid branch needs testing

For those of you experiencing crashes with the opengl renderer (Asher,
Doug etc), can you please test the attached patch.

This adds some locking around access to the opengl context. Calls from
nuppelvideoplayer were failing as the opengl context was already
current to the video thread.
