[mythtv] matroska

so I did some research and it looks like ffplay does not properly
support the matroska container meaning it can play the file, but it
can't seek.  Apparently mplayer supports matroska outside of its use
of the ffmpeg libraries.

Anyway, figured I'd leave this here for anyone interested. I don't
know what it would take to get Myth's Internal player to support the
matroska format more fully so I'll leave that up to any interested
developer.
