[mythtv] Ticket #3327: mythweather no longer works due to changes at msnbc

After a false start, where I had to delete WeatherDBSchemaVer from the
settings table after a failed attempt to use weather-revamp some months
ago, I have got your scripts from ticket 3337 to 'sort of' work.

The current conditions I can set up OK but the 3 day forecast can't find
the location of Christchurch, New Zealand - even though the current found
it OK. Similar problems with the other screens :-(

Can I help on the debugging?
