Daniel,

I've tested the patch on my UK DVB-T master backend, using r13315.
(FC4, 2.6.16, V-Stream DVB XPert cards, Sutton Coldfield Tx)

I have watched LiveTV across multiple channels on all 6 UK DVB-T
multiplexes and have not encountered any tuning issues.

I have also been successful making a few scheduled recordings, again
with no tuning issues.
