[mythtv] Ticket #3313: Add the ability for imdbpy to gettheepisode title format from the database

My only planned change (to mythtv.py) will be to the file and class name,
I'll fix any references I break. My other changes are to find_meta.py (fetch
video types and search paths from DB, don't re-glob directories, nothing too
big). In all likelihood I will not work on it again until next weekend (if I
do, I will deal with any conflicting changes).

As soon as there are enough contributions to justify calling it the start of
Python bindings I'll move things over.
