[mythtv] nice level of jobs

HI!

mythcommflag and mythtranscode run at CPU nice level 17 when configured 
for medium CPU usage.

How about additionally setting the IO priority class to "idle" (see 
ionice manual)?

When I run for example mplex with nice 10 while recording with ivtv, I 
get occasional IOBOUND errors. When I also set the IO class to "idle", 
mplex does not cause IOBOUND errors. So, that should be good for MythTV 
jobs, too IMHO.
