No problem. I am glad, that you fixed the playback problem, as reported
by Paul.
I have 2 mythtranscode tickets, that I reopened:
#2260:
I did not expect that your patch would fix that, because this one had no
extra video streams.
#2496:
I thought that your patch would fix that one, but it didn't. But it
could be a similar problem, because there I have that extra video
stream, too.
This was that one:

Did you run mythtranscode on that sample file or just play it?
