Well, that's not truly randomization ;), but, yes, for DataDirect users, 
the suggested next run time takes care of load issues that the patch to 
randomize XMLTV-based mythfilldatabase run times was meant to take care 
of for non-DataDirect users.

In other words, the patch is for those who don't use DataDirect.
