[mythtv] osx compilation error

Thanks, I got it working, but for some reason using -nohead it wouldn't copy
the source files to the dmg file, after getting an error which stopped it, i
manually copied the source into the dmg and it was able to compile from
there.  weird...

but thanks anyway,
