[mythtv] New LiveTV problems in 0.20

HI!

DVB-C channel changing is slower here than in 0.19, not faster, as it 
should be, as written in the release notes.
It's only faster, if it's on the same multiplex. I have KNC ONE 
(budget_av driver) cards.

Also, on one (or maybe more) DVB channels, LiveTV is stuttering badly, 
until I pause for a few seconds. Then it's OK. I do not know, what's 
special on this problematic channel. This was not with 0.19. Attaching 
mythfrontend.log.
This is happening only on one frontend.

Shall I open a ticket about one of these problems?
