[mythtv] Should mpeg4optionime & mpeg4optionidct change in [10580] be reverted for 0.20?

I submitted #2061 which went in [10580].

This is going to bite many software recorder users in the next
release. I think this is going to result in much user pain and many
0.20 bug reports. We have already seen a few on the dev list.

The problem is twofold: these options use a lot more cpu which can
result in lost frames etc, and I' m guessing idct and/or ime are not
functioning 100% correctly in ffmpeg.

I don't know if [10580] should be reverted but I wanted to bring this
to ijr's attention.
