Do you have more than one TV tuner card in your box?

I've run into the same problem on mine (haven't tried the firmware just 
yet), but mine fixes itself if I change the channel on the 2nd tuner.

However, with a 2nd TV tuner card in the same box, no matter what I do 
the audio on the 2nd (PVR-500) tuner is garbage.
