[mythtv] AFD decode error crashes backend

I posted this to the users list some time ago however no-one has been able
to help. Does anyone here have an ideas?

I am currently unable to open the recorded program web page since my update 
to 0.20. I get the following errors before the backend crashes:

...then it crashes. 

I noticed this logged as a big a while back but its status was changed to 
"fixed". 

Any ideas?
