[mythtv] Frontend locking/freezing on FF with SD/HD content

As I mentioned in my first mailing, I tried myth-users and received 
nothing back, I waited a week to post here and the message never got 
delivered, so I waited a week and posted again, this time without the 
full log. I've tried searching lists, Google, various forums and wikis. 
I've found only old posts, most were around 2 years old, a few of the 
later ones included patches that were supposedly merged into .18 (CVS at 
the time). This indicated to me that this is a different problem entirely.

I've been searching for just under a year trying to figure this out...I 
honestly don't know where else to go.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out...a whole year of 
dealing with it, four differnet myth versions, countless kernel 
configurations and swap outs, new kernels and drivers, multiple hardware 
changes, several OS upgrades, countless configuration changes and a 
complete OS rebuild and no luck yet. I posted here because my only 
explanation is that it's a bug.

Off to try mythtvtalk.com I guess.

If you've got anywhere I can go for help on this, be my guest. I'm lost.
