Hi,
 
I just installed the new version on Myth TV using the same Instructions from
the below link, which I did for the older version.

Now when I start playing the TV, the image is all distorted, I am not new to
Myth TV, I have got the old one up and running a couple of time, and the old
version still works.
 
Any inputs on the problem, will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Krish,

If you're not new to myth then you'll know that you actually should have
sent this to the mythtv-users list.

You would also have described in great detail the problem you're
experiencing. "all distorted" unfortunately isn't that enlightening..

Telling us exactly which version of MythTV would be great too. And what
distro? Compiled or RPM?

Is this a new install or an upgrade of a previously working MythTV
installation.

Is this new hardware? Or has it previously been used to capture TV
successfully using MythTV or some other App?

You haven't given us any idea what hardware your running? Can you tune I
manually using the tzap/azap etc? Is it an ivtv card? Can you view a tuned
channel via mplayer (outlined on jarod wilsons FC guide).


Please reply to this on the "-users" list. NOT the "-dev" list!
