[mythtv] Windows port

Jay,

Very glad to see you are still pursuing this.  Tonight I was preparing 
to work on this myself - getting cygwin installed/looking into mingw - 
but now I can go to bed.  I will volunteer some of my time to help this 
weekend as well.
