Yeah, you're right, two sets of asm is not optimal.  Is it acceptable to
have a mixed system?  That is, have libavcodec, libavutil, libmythmpeg2 and
libmythsoundtouch compile with MinGW/gcc, and the rest of the libs with
MSVC.  It shouldn't be a problem to have several makefile projects in Studio
which run gcc, and therefore still have a one step build process.
