Presumably he is in North America and said there are Program IDs.
Therefore, the dupmethod doesn't matter. This is a simple, common
case of the station not reporting the episodes. Garbage in, garbage
out. He has to decide how to record in a timeslot or one showing
per week or just one channel as he suggests. The system can't
know which are unique and repeats because the listing info doesn't
tell him that.

Here I get this on Fox Sports West with no subtitles and some
the description "From Las Vegas"> However, I do have unique
programids:

My system can record one of each episode. If his local listings
are all marked as "SH8087800000" then he has to find the best
solution for himself because his station didn't provide this
info.
