[mythtv] Error from MythThemeMenuPrivate:No button fornewplugin.xml - solved

The problem is resolved. The library was not copied to the 
usr/local/lib/mythtv/plugins/.

You can have empty methods.mythplugin_int(), mythplugin_run() and 
myth_plugin_config(), they just return 0


There is no need to have <button> <type>  </type>

<mythmenu name = "XXXX"> can be anything, they are not case sensitive.
