[mythtv] no visible text on menu displays

This appears to be a themes issue and must be related to
me switching from the .91 packages to svn head.  I did
follow the wiki and uninstall the packages.

the GANT theme did not work for me.
I switched to lilius and it corrected the menu display.
GANT still doesnt work.

Is this going to be a potential upgrade issue for user going from
19 up?
