[mythtv] Ticket #1771: "All Programs" specific ascending/descending order

I noticed if the Sort Episode setting is "Record date" and not "original air
date", the individual title sections are sorted by what is in the "All
Programs: List Newest recording first" setting instead of using what is set
in the "List Newest Recording First" setting
