[mythtv] schedule a recording with SQL

It appears to not be a valid command in .19 of myth. 
Here is my error message:

2006-05-08 00:26:14.422 read  <- 14 21     
RESCHEDULE_RECORDINGS
2006-05-08 00:26:14.422 Bad RESCHEDULE_RECORDINGS
request


The sql insert is working and appears in the record
table.
