[mythtv] schedule a recording with SQL

I am trying to schedule a recording via SQL.  Can
anyone tell me how to do this.  It looks like I fist
need to insert a row into table record and then insert
a row into    recordmatch.  I have 2 sql statements
that I can provide if it will help someone tell me
whats wrong with the statements.
