[mythtv] dvd still frame not displaying after applying changeset 9443.

dvd still frame didn't display after i upgraded to latest svn. found out
line 2666 in avformatdecoder.cpp is activated. selectedVideoIndex = -1 when
in a still frame.

was about to post v9 patch for ticket 1043, when i encountered the problem.
will attempt to fix and include fix in the v9 patch for ticket 1043.
