#368: Teletext patch for DVB/IVTV cards
The patch splits captions and teletext. You need to bind "TOGGLETT" to get
 teletext working.

Anybody got this running in Australia? I'm in Perth, and it seems to crash on me everytime I activate captions from the menu.
