Or do you mean some other error message? What does it say exactly?

The screen that is displayed is a blue error screen with the text  
"Error was encountered whilst displayed video" and then there is a  
button on the bottom marked "return to menu".

The only key that responds is the enter key to get back to the main  
menu.

Happy to do the debug log if it will help, but I think as its this  
error screen I am getting not the normal OSD its not going to help?
