The UK profile can be found at
http://www.dtg.org.uk/publications/books/mheg_profile_106.pdf
You need to find an equivalent document for your country which describes
the variant of MHEG and then identify the differences. How much work is
involved really depends on how big the changes are.
However, many or most countries apart from the UK use MHP rather than
MHEG and that will require adding an MHP engine to Myth. Again there
ought to be a document describing MHP for your country. There are open
source projects to produce MHP engines and I guess it should be possible
to adapt them to work with Myth. As far as I'm aware MHP uses the DSMCC
carousel in much the same way as MHEG so you should be able to use the
output of it without having to change much if anything. It's likely
that the most difficult part will be adapting the MHP engine to produce
its display in a form that can generate OSD images for Myth. All the
glue between the MHEG engine, the DSMCC carousel and the rest of Myth is
in Interactive.cpp and I wrote that with the idea that someone might
want to add an MHP engine.
