[mythtv] upgrade to svn 9295 now all cutlist data gone.

I upgrade to SVN 9295 last night.  Tonight I noticed that all of my
cutlists are gone.

I remember reading that that information was being moved from one
table to another, but I assumed that the data would be preserved.

I have a backup of my database from the night before last, so I still
have access to the cutlist data.  Can anyone tell me how to transfer
it to the new table correctly?
