[mythtv] Interlaced vs. Progressive

I tried without OpenGL Vsync and its a little worse.  With openglvsync 
the flash is confined to the upper .5inch of the screen.  Without 
openglvsync its random where the blue flash is.  Not surprising, I 
guess.  The vsync must keep it close to a refresh boundary.
