[mythtv] Interlaced vs. Progressive

This repainting the is only needed for the bob-deinterlacer, and 
only when we are actually using chromakeying. I suspect you are
not, since you see this flash. Do you get a warning in the logs
about MythTV not being able to find the colorkey?
