[mythtv] New fade effect in front end not working well

It works fine for me.

A couple of comments, though:

I don't like having to wait for the transition to use the next screen.
If I hit a key, it should jump to the end of the transition and process
the command.

There should be a user config option to turn it off.  (Maybe there is
and I just missed it.)

But it looks really cool.
