[mythtv] "Delete all cards" acts on all backends when run from a slave.

This behaviour was modified in March 2006 in revision 9410, however it
does not appear the change has been backported to 0.19-fixes. The
current r9410+ behaviour allows deleting cards on the current machine
only, or deleting all cards on _all_ hosts.
