[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1953: mythfrontend unable to play play transcoded video

I ran the script to repair the database and tried recording a new show and I
got the same errors as before. I'm going to run a few more tests over the
next few days to see if I can narrow down where things are going wrong.
