[mythtv] Picture adjustments on ATI hardware (color, brightness, contrast, hue)

No same problem here, xvmc_vld is definitely being used in both live
and recorded TV.

With the EPIA patch:

xvinfo when watching live show hue @ -179
xvinfo when watching recorded shows hue @ 0
(or the other way around, I'm not 100%)

Removing the patch in videoout_xv.cpp for the EPIA boards, makes it
consistent for both live & recorded.

i.e. Need to have hue set to 50% (according to the onscreen slider)
for correct colours in all of LiveTV, Recorded (MPEG2), & Recorded
(MPEG4 - none XVMC playback).

xvinfo shows hue @ 0 for all playback modes, when set like this.
