[mythtv] Scanning for channels on recent svn

I found that on changing from 0.19-fixes to svn mythtv started
complaining that my Sat frequencies were out of range and refused to
tune to anything. I tried a rescan but it would not tune so reverted
to 0.19-fixes. Could this be related?
