I followed the instructions on
   http://linuxtv.org/v4lwiki/index.php/Em2880
to get a HVR900 working on svn 10176 and 2.6.16.20 
   (supposed to be "ok" from 2.6.15 onward)
- only additional config needed was to ensure that modprobe.conf loaded 
the dvb driver otherwise it defaults to analogue - then works fine with 
myth defaults, including scanning - am now thinking about how to get myth 
to switch between analogue and digital - probably a long think :)
