[mythtv] Per Channel post processing setting?

Your knowledge is pretty good but I don't know why you didn't know
that Donovan added playback filters for the situation where hardware
encoded files needed filtering which could only be imposed during
playback.

Go to mythtv-setup Channel Editor. near the bottom of the first
page is "Playback filters:" just below "Video filters:". Both
Video filters (applied before compression with software encoding)
and Playback filters (applied after decoding recordings from that
channel during playback) can include any of the filters described
in the HOWTO (other than bob).

You can also apply per frontend filters which applies to all reocrdings
in Setup->TV Settings->Playback. This is where bob or other deinterlace
filters can be set but you could also add other "Custom Filters".
