[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #1163: LiveTV: DVB stutters, fixed by pause/play

I've been seeing this ever since I started with dvb in Myth (~7607). My
drives are SCSI (SAN connected) and even SD channels do this, as well as HD.
I have noticed, however, that PBSHD never does this for me. I always figured
it was a cleaner mpeg stream.
