[mythtv] [PATCH] Add another DCT-6200 type (vendor id) to 6200ch.c

This patch adds another (9th) vendor id type to the 6200ch channel script.
There was no change to the model id field. Added 2 simple lines. Will also
look into whether it's necessary to add something similar to the firewire
code in MythTV itself.

I followed the procedure as per
http://mythtv.info/moin.cgi/SubmittingBugFixes. Please let me know if
there's an updated procedure.
