This message can be misleading. The date and time of the last entry
in the program table is stored. After the grab, this is checked again
and the two are compared. If they are the same, then this status
message is stored. So, this could be that data was grabbed but the
data source didn't extend further than the last time, you grabbed
fewer days than the maximum, or until recently, you had a recurring
manual record rule with the last showing beyond the end of the real
data. This last one was fixed recently in SVN so that it excludes
manual entries when checking these times.
