No it wouldn't.  starttime would make it match only VERY SPECIFIC things 
you've already recorded, not any matching show.  And title match would 
mean that if you recorded one episode of "good eats" then all episodes 
of "good eats" would match.

Unfortunately, the best way to do this would be to look at the 
dupe-check method desired by the oldrecorded entry, but that's not 
stored, and it would really slow down the query if it was.  I think for 
now I'm just going to leave it as-is.
