[mythtv] feature for internal dvd player

If you are using Mplayer for playing DVD's it should only play the main
title and skip all those little "bonus tracks". Or maybe you are using Xine
as your player. In other words the playback functionality depends on the
command you are using for DVD playback and is not controlled by Myth.

That sounds cool. We all know that unskippable are just those screens
with "we know you bought this DVD but you are a PIRATE anyway!" in all
languages around the globe sitting on screen for two minutes before you
can see your movie.
