[mythtv] Analogue finetuning change between v0.18 and v0.19

OK, there is an explanation and this is the expected (new) behaviour.

The problem is that there is no automatic change of the database
entries during an upgrade and no note about this change in database
format in any file that I could find in the source distribution.

Now we have an answer it means that anybody else who loses sound or
gets poor picture quality on analogue tuner cards after upgrading to
v0.19 can search the mailing list and find this message which might
solve it.
